Apply For This Job

Hi there!

We are ScoreVision, a leading software provider in sports technology. We believe every student and athlete should have access to an unforgettable game-day experience. Our software focuses on making that experience not only accessible, but attainable for sports teams at every level. In other words, it’s about more than the score.

The Role

ScoreVision is looking for a Creative Video Producer to join our creative team and help bring our brand, products, and customer stories to life through thoughtful filming and editing.

This role sits at the intersection of creative and marketing. You’ll create a wide range of videos that support ad campaigns, social media, sales, and training—helping schools, teams, and partners clearly understand who we are and what we offer.

We’re looking for a person who combines strong creative instincts and visualization with structure and consistency. Someone who can produce polished work, think outside of the box, and craft a story with authenticity. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating closely with teammates across the organization. This role requires a blend of creativity and organization, along with a technical understanding of production, to capture stories to meet campaign goals and objectives.

At the end of the day, we just want someone passionate about making videos that inspire, connect, and engage the sports community. Your job will be to work collaboratively and independently to create video content, including filming, editing, and motion graphics. You’ll need to be a problem-solver who thinks outside the box and wants to continue growing and developing your skills.

Location

Candidates must be able to work in the office at our headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative development of video concepts from brief to final delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand standards across campaigns, internal initiatives, and partner content.
  • Own end-to-end video production across multiple formats and platforms — including social media, YouTube, and live-event presentations — with a strong instinct for what works where.
  • Capture game day at high school sporting events, including highlights, fan moments, sponsorship activations, and scoreboard content, with a social-first mindset.
  • Develop scripts, narratives, and treatments that serve both brand storytelling and cross-functional needs across marketing, sales, training, and customer success.
  • Define visual style and creative direction through mood boards, references, and shot planning to ensure a cohesive look and feel across projects.
  • Lead on-site productions — coordinating schedules, directing talent and crew, and making real-time creative decisions to bring the vision to life.
  • Shoot, edit, and deliver polished content while maintaining an organized asset library for long-term use.
  • Conduct on-camera interviews with athletic directors, school staff, sponsors, and partners for case studies, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Support customer asset development with motion graphics and templated animations for fan engagement purposes.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creator formats, and emerging production tools to keep our content fresh and competitive.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of professional video production experience, ideally in a fast-paced marketing, agency, or sports environment
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
    • Camera operation and on-location production
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates:
    • Compelling storytelling across short and long-form video
    • A range of content types — social, brand, event, and interview-driven work
    • Strong editing instincts, including pacing, sound design, and motion graphics
    • Marketing or brand-focused video projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort receiving direction and feedback, and iterating quickly

Bonus if You Have Experience With

  • Shooting and producing content in live sports or event environments
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, or brand storytelling initiatives
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, or other non-creative teams
  • Drone operation, live streaming, or motion graphics

The Impact You’ll Have

Video is one of the most powerful ways ScoreVision connects with schools, partners, and communities — and this role sits at the center of that. From capturing the energy of game day to telling the stories of the athletic directors and schools we serve, your work will shape how our brand is seen and felt across every platform and touchpoint.

In this role, you’ll contribute by:

  • Bringing game day moments to life in a way that resonates with schools, fans, and partners
  • Giving the sales team compelling video assets that communicate our value better than any spec sheet can
  • Helping marketing campaigns land with creative, platform-native video content
  • Building a library of stories — through testimonials, case studies, and event coverage — that reflect the real impact ScoreVision has on schools and communities
  • Keeping ScoreVision's content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve as platforms and formats continue to evolve
